MOSCOW, Idaho – University of Idaho women's basketball head coach Carrie Eighmey resigned her position to pursue another division I head coaching opportunity closer to her Midwest roots.
Associate Head Coach Arthur Moreira Assistant Coach Drew Muscatell will remain on the staff at the University of Idaho.
Eighmey finished with a 15-16 record in her one season at the University of Idaho, including an early-season tournament championship at the Bank of Hawaii Classic. Two players earned All-Conference honors in her lone season with the Vandals.
"We are grateful to coach Eighmey for her contributions to Vandal women's basketball over the last 12 months and wish her the best as she and Devin return to the Midwest," Athletic Director Terry Gawlik said.
